Build Test Solutions welcomed visitors to our first open day
On 21 September, we hosted an open day at our new office and workshop in Weedon Bec.
Visitors saw live product demonstrations, presentations, and had the opportunity to network with similarly minded professionals in our industry who want to make building measurement mainstream.
We had around 30 attendees ranging from landlords and social housing measurement experts to surveyors and housebuilders. It was brilliant to see the range of interest in accurate measurement across the sector and we hope to hold one again in the future – let us know if you’re interested!
On the day our managing director Luke Smith and technical director Richard Jack delivered a series of talks introducing the concept of building performance measurement and why it's so important, some of the relevant and emerging policies and regulations in the space and also outlining some of the really exciting commercial opportunities on offer for those looking to invest to grow their existing business, start up in offering something new or for those with a building stock that they would simply like to better understand.
