Payment & Shipping
We at Build Test Solutions want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful.
We accept the following credit/debit cards using the online shop: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Online orders can only be paid by credit/debit card and shipped to the registered billing address.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline an order at any time and return payment for any reason. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
All orders are shipped from mainland UK and are typically processed and despatched within 1-2 working days of placing an order if the item in stock.
If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated lead time for despatch which can be up to 2-4 weeks.
We do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays. All delivery times quoted are estimates only.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
In the event that any items in your order are unavailable for shipment, the item(s) will be shipped separately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges beyond those calculated at the time of checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered, please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so that we can arrange collection and replacement.
Returns and Refunds
Should you wish to return or exchange an item that you have ordered, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This is done based on the size/weight of your order.
We typically use a DPD Two Day delivery service and you will receive a second email and/or text message confirming that your item(s) have been despatched.
DPD subsequently provide text and email notifications advising our customers of when their parcel will be delivered and on the actual day of delivery a one hour time-slot is provided.
Any order placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States.

Customs Duty and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. You will be solely responsible for any customs charges, import duties or taxes due.
Build Test Solutions cannot be held responsible for any customs delays and is not liable for any additional customs/import charges issued.
In the event that the order is not delivered and the shipping company returns the consignment to us, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping/customs charges levied on us from the refund due.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of despatch for UK orders or 28 days of despatch for international orders, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
